Rough Terrain Patrol Rifle Course ($275) Intermediate Level (Certificate awarded upon successful completion)

Prerequisites: Intro to AR-15 or equivalent course

Rough Terrain Patrol Carbine Course was developed to give the shooter a set of carbine fundamentals while operating in rough terrain. Every course begins with the proper mindset and focuses on the core foundation of accuracy and tactical deployment of a carbine in a rural environment.  Be ready to challenge your shooting skills.  

 

 Subject covered but not limited to:

• Elements of marksmanship
• Alternate shooting positions
• Shooting from uneven terrain 
• Awkward shooting positions
• Stress drills

Equipment Needed:

• Rifle with sling and optic Any caliber (.223/5.56) Semi-auto only
• Magazine pouch/Chest rig
• Three magazines
• Eye and ear protection
• Rifle cleaning gear/lube
• 350 rounds of ammunition
• Baseball hat or boonie style cover
• Water and snacks
• BDU style pants or jeans (NO shorts please)
• Gloves  

**** There is a one time $20 range fee separate from Sierra Element's course fee.   The $20 year fee will be collected at the beginning of the class and paid directly to the range. CASH ONLY PLEASE****
